About MAH Ventures

MAH Ventures is a European venture studio and investment company headquartered in Ilmenau, Germany. We build AI-powered technology companies from scratch and back exceptional founders across Europe. Our first company, Prolumios, is an AI sales meeting assistant serving the German and European market.

We are a small, ambitious team building from the ground up. Everyone who joins now will have significant ownership and outsized impact on what we create.

The Role

As a Venture Studio Associate, you will work directly with the founding team on everything that goes into building new companies — from identifying opportunities and validating ideas to building products, finding customers, and recruiting teams. This is a generalist role with a bias toward execution.

You will be involved across all stages of company building — from initial research and concept validation through product development, go-to-market, and early scaling. You will also support our investment activities — evaluating startups, conducting due diligence, and managing relationships with founders.

Your Opportunity

What You Will Do

• Research and validate new company ideas — market sizing, customer interviews, competitive analysis
• Support product development — writing specs, testing, gathering user feedback
• Drive early go-to-market activities — outreach, sales support, partnerships
• Recruit and evaluate co-founders and early team members
• Evaluate inbound investment opportunities and conduct due diligence
• Manage relationships with existing and prospective portfolio companies
• Create internal documents, pitch materials, and investor updates

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in venture capital, consulting, product management, or a fast-growing startup
• Strong analytical skills — you can structure a problem, gather data, and form a clear view
• Builder mindset — you are not satisfied with just analyzing; you want to make things happen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and German
• Genuine curiosity about AI, SaaS, and European technology markets
• Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage company
• Based in or willing to relocate to Ilmenau, Germany (or nearby Jena / Erfurt)

Nice to Have

• Experience building or working at a startup
• Technical background (engineering, data science, or product)
• Network in the German or European startup ecosystem
• Knowledge of AI/ML tools and trends
